If you are successful in your application, your offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks including:

  • ID
  • Right to work
  • Medical clearance as determined by our Occupational Health department
  • Evidence of the essential qualifications and professional registration as outlined in the person specification
  • A satisfactory DBS check if required for the post.

We aim to complete employment checks within five weeks of you receiving a conditional offer but we can’t do it without your help. We ask that you complete all links and forms as soon as possible, as some of our checks rely on others before they can be completed. For example, we can’t submit your DBS application without your ID and we can’t book you an Occupational Health appointment if your form isn’t submitted.

To help speed up checks and to provide us with additional assurance, we utilise an identity service provider to check your ID documents called Trust ID. This link is sent along with your offer letter, however should you have any issues you can opt to visit a member of the Recruitment team in person to complete your identity check.

Once all checks are complete, we will arrange a start date with you to fall in line with our Corporate Induction, ie the first and third Monday of each month.
